NEW DELHI: Realty shares were trading on a mixed note in Friday’s afternoon session.
Shares of Brigade EnterprisesNSE 2.38 % (up 1.57 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate (up 1.35 per cent), DLF (up 0.91 per cent) and Godrej Properties (up 0.25 per cent) were the top gainers in the index.
Oberoi Realty (down 1.69 per cent), Phoenix MillsNSE -1.15 % (down 1.57 per cent) and Sunteck Realty (down 0.79 per cent) were trading lower.
The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.22 per cent down at 229.75 around 12:49 pm.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 35.90 points at 10,828.40 while the BSE Sensex was up 96.69 points at 35,964.13.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 34 were trading in the green, while 15 were in the red.
Shares of SAIL, YES Bank, Ashok Leyland, Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, Bank of Baroda, Motherson Sumi, SBI, SBI Life Insurance Company and ICICI Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
