OpenSecrets, a political money tracker, reported that Biden’s 2020 campaign committee raised $1.04 billion or $1.62 billion from outside groups.
Harris praised Biden on Monday, the first night of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, where the president praised his record and urged voters to support Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
